Digital fabrication has been around for some time but never has there been a time in recent history has it been so important as now. We live in a digital age and when a crisis such as a pandemic as we are experiencing globally in 2020 hits, digital design and tooling to produce essential parts for industry and consumers is and will continue to be a precise and effective methodology for fabrication.
HollyFab uses the most advanced software for developing design drawings into working files for the cutting edge machines on the shop floor, bringing our customers a crisp and flawless product. Clients who have files ready to cut or machine can be emailed to us here, we can quickly check over the drawings for our tooling and generate a quote. Don’t have a digital drawing? HollyFab will remain open during the shelter in place order as we manufacture and supply parts that are vital to infrastructure including parts for defense and national security, telecommunications, roads and highways, aerospace, oil and gas, as well as others.
The metal park benches were originally fabricated by HollyFab for the Town of Addison in 1998 and sit within Quorum Park, located between Westgrove Drive and Keller Springs Road in Addison TX.
At HollyFab we have produced signage for many different applications including waterjet cut signage for commercial businesses such as restaurants, bars, games arcades, apartment complexes, corporate headquarters, showrooms, leisure areas and retail spaces.

Today’s modern waterjets can cut through virtually any material and at a material thickness of 12” or more. This includes metals, even titanium and porous and nonporous stone such as granite and quartz. Most modern machines offer Omni-directional cutting and with no heat stress to the material being cut, waterjet offers a precise and versatile solution in the manufacture of a part or product.
